Reposhing this item I purchased from @madisenheckmann. I ended up going with a smaller size. Brand new with tags. The back of the tag says non-congruent item, but I really don't see anything wrong with them, even when tried on.

@tankzuni They are size 28. Waist laying flat is 15.5" and Inseam is 33".

@austinmeowerz Hard to say because I'm new to this brand and style of jeans. For my body, the waist seems true to size compared to other 27/28 jeans I've gotten recently. They are 100% cotton, if that's a factor for you in how they stretch a bit with first wear.
