Free People Tie Dye Romper 🤗

New with tags, never worn. Size Medium, but it is loose and can also fit a Large. Straps are adjustable and cross in the back. It has black smudges all around it, like the one shown in images. Im not sure if that is the design, but I purchased it that way and it matches the design. Right strap thread is loose and needs to be sewed, but i dont have the materials. It is still attached, just coming undone.
