Free People Tessa mini dress

Free People Tessa mini dress. Gorgeous floral pink and teracotta color. Puff sleeve, ruching on body, tie on back, zipper back and tie front detail. Open back but can be worn with cups or tape. I typically buy size medium in free people and wish I had with this one as it was very baggy on the hips and stomach. I bought this NWOT, I only tried it on for the photo as it is sadly too big for me. I couldn't find any non-model pictures to decide on my size. My chest is 36dd and fit great with room to stretch. Hips are 29" and I usually wear 6-8 size dress. This would look amazing on someone with bigger hips/butt. I would say it fits more like a 10-12 womens.
