NWOT never worn It is very oversized as I am 1XL and this does fit me I’ve just not worn it for a day. I did not notice the white spots on the hood until I went to take a photo for you. It’s there so you know I went down on price but I think it adds more character. Might even wash out I’ve never washed it so I’m not sure. Stylish hooded jacket with front zipper. Features long sleeves and relaxed fit. Perfect for layering.
