Free People Striped Mini Skirt

“Modern Femme” Mini skirt from Free People. The skirt is white with a very thin black dotted stripe, like a pinstripe or “railroad” style stripe. See close up photo for detail. The skirt has a back zipper that goes half way down the back (zipper is not hidden). Material has some good stretch. In great condition.
