nagood @hope9210rr hi there, so sorry for the late reply, I updated my phone software and my apps went mental. So, i feel it does run true to size. I bought the S to fit my larger chest (34D), but it fits quite loosely (still flattering) over my body (110 lbs). I'm 5 foot 2 and it falls about 3 inches above my knee. I just measured the length, it is 35 inches from the top of the strap down the bottom. Let me know if you have any other questions!
