Free People Smocked Waist Midi Dress

Beautiful black dress with shoulder ties and a smocked waist from Free People. Size 2 but, like many of FP items, it runs a little big. The pics don’t do this incredible dress justice! Laying flat measures approximately: 40” shoulder to hem 15” armpit to armpit 12.5” across waist-Not stretched! ⭐️length does not include tie straps ⭐️Smocked waist has the ability to stretch quite a bit if needed for a comfortable and flattering fit:)
