This dress is gorgeous! It is a lovely velvet burnout dress (watch out - it’s a bit see-through in places). It has a high collar and is mini length. It has a lot of stretch and the fabric has such lovely detailing. Prepare to turn heads! (And it’s comfy, too!). A hard to find dress - rare find!
