Free People Saylor velvet peplum top with a sweetheart outline. New with tags and never worn! It is velvety and has the really romantic purplish pink tone. There is a sequin lining inside. There is a back zipper as well. It is a bit cropped and the shoulders are a bit bigger (could be worn as off the shoulder if wanted to).
