New w/ price tag is an Overstock Outlet (has black line going thru cloth label name to prevent store return) authentic Saulee Dress - Robe Bella De - Cobalt Blue - Nylon Mesh w/ polyester removable slip - Bella is a dreamy gown in sheer tulle, featuring a strapless corset-style top with exposed boning, and a full-length skirt with a detachable mini underskirt. - - Size 4; measures approx. 35.5" bust, 25" waist, can go a little more on bust to hold up - MODEL bust measures 34.5" bust, 25" waist and the dress is too big for bust measurements, 25" waist is fine but needs more to hold up dress - Size 12; measures approx. 18" FLAT from pit to pit, 36-37" bust, 30" waist, can go a little more on bust to hold up - NOTE: Dress does not have straps originally but I would buy some clear plastic and have tiny tabs sewn into front/back of dress to hold up, does not have the silicon strap going around to hold up dress. This is a default that can easily remedied for this beautiful dress - NOTE: Saulee has the dress being true to size
