Tiny shutter pleats and ruffles lend a victorian-inspired look to this Free People blouse. Fabric-covered buttons fasten the placket. Long sleeves. Shirttail hem. Faint black lines along left front/right back. Not sure if the blouse was manufactured like that but there's no wear near or on the lines and they blend in with the boho/edgy aesthetic (see 3rd to last photo). Otherwise, blouse is in great condition and a gorgeous piece.
