Free People Royal Blue Ruched Top with Removable Straps

This Free People top/tunic/tank (mini dress?) feels like a swim suit-- very silky. The straps can be removed or changed to cross the chest or back. There is ruching on the sides and smocking in the back. Below the ruching, the top is lined with blue fabric. It's giving Disco vibes. Good for apres beach, festival or poolside.
