Pictures show size 25 but it is a true size 26. Free People NWT never worn!

@lkhunley just posted the pics. It’s about 12” across when laid flat, but stretches a bit closer to 13”. True size is a 26 waist as you can see on the tag. Let me know if you have any other questions!
