Free People Pink and Gray Floral Chiffon Cut Out Mini Dress

Light peachy pink and gray chiffon floral dress with cutouts on the sides of waist and slits at the collarbone. Deep v in back and ties at neck. Elastic at waist and under bust, sheer balloon sleeves. Double layered fabric on front bust and skirt, but still slightly sheer. Back is single layer fabric and sheer. Could also be worn as tunic. Bust is approx 15 inches, waist is approx 13 inches, length is approx 31 inches. Excellent condition.
