Free People Picnic Sweater Mini Dress

Purchased here, never worn by me. I feel it's best suited for body types other than mine. Uncertain about the washing /drying of the dress by the previous owner. Bust is 25 inches, length is 32.5 inches in the front and back is approximately 34 inches. There are a few small snags as photos show, does not affect wear.
