aileennorrisca PS. im NOT trying to " beat you down on price". Im a " seller" too, and I hate " lowball" offers, I genuinely have family " stuff" going on, which is going tocost money ( a lot) and end in a " name change"( if you get my hint). More than . " distressing". : (
