Free People Olive skirt shorter in front longer in back small NWT.

This lovely olive toned skirt has a flirty flare at the bottom making it a bell skirt. Fabric is a sturdy but light/medium weight cotton. This runs small and narrow in the hips I would say it fits like an XS or small at most, even though the tags says medium!
