Free People dress, can be worn on or off shoulder. It is in good condition… except note that the sleeves elastic is stretched out most likely due to the fact it was being hung up improperly (this was a previous posh purchase). I think this could be fixed easily by someone handy and/or just could be worn off the shoulder.
