Free People New Romantic tunic

Gorgeous and rare! stretchy, slinky tunic from the New Romantics label by Free People. Size medium but easily fits a large as well due to being very stretchy. 100% rayon and made in India, so nice and soft. Three-quarter sleeves and keyhole back with mock neck. Really fun print! NWOT and never worn: still has the attached extra covered buttons! Could be worn as a tunic over leggings, or alone as a mini dress.
