Free People Neon Beaded Low Back Tank

May be Vintage from late 90's or early 2000's, can't remember when I purchased. Looks like a gown from back. Perfectly in style now with barely covering style, accoutrements & neon floral beading. Sheer for a knit. NWOT, never worn. NO flaws from storage. Hand wash required.
