Free People Tell Tale Cutout Lace Minidress / Tunic Dress. Navy Blue with long sleeves. The photos look darker than in person; I couldn't get my phone to capture the navy blue color. Sheer. First two photos are stock photos (with a black dress, I think) because it's hard to see what the dress really looks like when it's on a hanger!
