Boho Goth hand chain. End has small cross, the oval medal is of Virgin Mary Madonna with open arms, the chain is silver color, with silver color beads, which are cut so they glimmer like rhinestones. No material is listed, but assuming since it still appears new, after sitting in a drawer, it may be stainless. This piece is not real silver, just looks like it is.
