Brand new! So cute I just haven’t found the right bra situation for it so I’m offering it up for someone else to enjoy! The floral velvet ties are just so cute I hate to let it go. It’s also incredibly soft fabric which is always a selling point at least for me! Very stretchy and could fit at least a small if not a medium, especially since the ties are adjustable
