Free People Multicolor Bohemian Mini Skirt

Free People Mini Skirt Great condition Lightweight and flowy Perfect for adding a pop of color to your wardrobe. The top portion that sits above the waist is extremely stretchy. However, the stretch ends mid skirt where it sits on hips (purple color section) and has no stretch stitching. Free People tends to run on the larger size. I am guessing this skirt would be great for a size medium/large and am leaning more towards a size large. I am a size 14/16 jeans and this would not go up my hips due to non stretch stitching in mid part of skirt.
