Free People Midnight blue velvet jacket

Gorgeous velvet coat with fitted waist and flared (pleated) bottom. Sort of military, but also posh. This easily fits a size 4-6 so sizing is off, I’m def not a 2 so I put “medium”. Zero flaws, like brand new. I went to great lengths to get this, saw it in a boutique window in Bend Oregon while whizzing my on my mountain bike. Ended up contacting the store since it was after hours… blah blah blah.
