Free People can run differently. Is it a true Small?

@hollycampbell89 very true about FP sizing! I’m usually a XS or S in FP. This is perhaps slightly larger than a “true to size” small in most brands but on par for a small in FP sizing if that makes sense. The elastic cinched waist helps it feel more firm fitting at the waist and flowy on the bottom!
