@teragram19 it's elastic. It fit both my waist(Sz 31") and a friends(Sz 37") comfortably. It has quite a bit of stretchy elastic.

@jlahti the extra small fits 37" waist? isn't 37" a size extra large? I thought the waist measurement would be around 24", being extra small

@teragram19 I think we're having a communication issue. Technically I guess you could say I measured the hips when we both tried it on.
My natural waist is 26".
The skirt has ties that I'm sure could make it tight enough for 24".

@buffymuffys Oh no flaws. It really is a quality skort. The material is soft yet feels like it will last a long time.
I've just tried it on a few times, bummed it doesn't work for my body shape.
