new without tags. please note that a few beads are missing..not a ton but see the photos. there is also one tassel that is hanging low but is a super easy fix. Reposhing this item I purchased from @shop_recoutured. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I have not been able to wear it. I wanted it for my sister's wedding but ended up wearing a different dress. Questions? Leave a comment below!
