These shorts are in very good preowned condition and they come from a smoke free home. The fabric is 100% cotton. They are size 0/25, the inseam including the lace is 3 1/2 inches, the rise is 9 1/2 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 14 1/2 inches across and stretches to 15 1/2 inches across.
