Free People Leather Jacket

I bought this jacket in 2020 and absolutely love it!!! Unfortunately I discovered a rip very soon after purchasing the jacket and am unsure how it got there / how long it had been there. The jacket has been worn a good amount but cared for very well. It comes from a smoke free environment and the only damage to it is the rip under the right arm.
