Free People Lace Up Tunic

Very cute black free people tunic! It is long sleeve and has an elastic band as the natural waist. The sleeves also have elastic around the wrists. The lace up top forms a cute v neck, and the ties have tassles at the end of them. This tunic could also be worn with leggings as a dress. I've only worn it twice so it's in great condition!!!
