freesprtgrl13 @artsy_apparel hello sorry I didn’t answer it seemed you always caught me when I was at work and I forgot when I got home or was to tired! So the small and medium both measure around the same honestly…The medium is about 18 in across tied the small slightly smaller but not by much…Even when you tie them up there’s still room/stretch!
