can you measure it unstretched for bust and hip area? has it been altered? is there some way to measure how low the front is at bust?

@mysmile16 it has never been altered. Measures 17 inches pit to pit unstretched. Waist 13 inches unstretched hips 16 inches unstretched. Length 64 inches from top shoulder to bottom hem

The drop from top shoulder to bust hem is 9 1/2 inches. It seems to fall at same level as arm pits if that makes sense
