It is a green turquoise corderoy fabric with pockets and super cute buttons. It's so cute as a dress! In excellent preowned condition. Tagged size is XS, the length is entirely adjustable with the straps. In the photos it is 31 inches long. Underarm to underarm laid flat is 15 inches.
