They’re not stretch. They are also more higher-waisted than FP jeans you’re used to, but it doesn’t make them any less flattering. *disclaimer* they have tears on the back two belt loops from me trying to keep them pulled up when I lost my belt. It’s not super noticeable and is easily-fixable, but something worth keeping in mind!
