Free People | Ivy Velvet Mini Dress Size S | NWT

Up for sale is a blue velvet mini dress by Free People. A few years ago, I bought two sizes and never wore the small. It's been in storage but is now hanging in my closet. Size Small Length is about 33 1/2" (33" to 34"). Just below the chest area (where the flowy area starts) is roughly 20" laying flat. I believe it was designed to be a little big. Also, the color is fairly accurate to the model pic. It's difficult to get its true color on camera. Color is more vibrant in person. If you have any questions, please let me know.
