Size 4 I find has an accommodating bust at 17.5” underarm to underarm, and a fitted hip at 17” across the upper hip with 18.5” across the mid hip. Condition - a few loose threads as to be expected with embroidery this extensive, three missing tassels on the back short (easy to purchase replacement tassels or to make), the fabric is in excellent condition.
