Free People High Low Strapless Top

Wear it with skinny jeans or short shorts, either way, you can't go wrong... unless you're me and bought the wrong size and didn't notice the missing/removable straps! 😕 Price reflects to account for missing strap which you wouldn't really need anyway. I didn't notice it missing because I thought it was meant to be worn strapless to begin with! Reasonable offers please.
