heliaprime @hollylane_18 Hi, I’m not able to look at the moment, but from what I remember of it, yes. The ties on the back control the straps using loops on the inside of the dress and I believe you can also turn it into a halter.

heliaprime @hollylane_18 Hi, I added a photo to show how the straps adjust 😊 Also, looks like you could turn it into a halter if you really wanted to, but would maybe be difficult with the beading at the ends of the ties 😅

heliaprime @kbwehrman Hi, the band under the cups are elastic and can stretch quite a bit. So I’d say it’s true, but does have the ability to accommodate a little larger of a size. I can take measurements later today if you’d like.

heliaprime @kbwehrman Hi, sorry had trouble finding it. The flat measurement for the band is 13.5” and stretches to 17” comfortably. The widest part of the triangle cups measure 6.5”. The straps are also slightly adjustable (shown in last pic). Hope that helps 😊
