Free People Having a Moment Dress in Conch Shell (size: small)

This adorable midi dress features a button-front silhouette with sweetheart neckline, pleating throughout for added dimension, waist tie for added shape, side pockets (!!) and smocking at back. I wore this a couple of times when I first bought it a few years back, so it is in great condition.
