Free People sheer surplice top with elastic waist. Slightly longer in the back. Pleated back. Snap inside front. Approximate measurements are: 18.5" armpit to armpit measured across the back and 20" shoulder to hem in the front. In good preowned condition with one tiny blue spot in the lower front (see last 2 photos of same spot). The spot really isn't noticeable because of the busy print and draping of the fabric.
