Gently used. Please note: On the bottom front scalloped hem closest to where the buttons are, there is slight wear. Please see photos. I had worn this with the front tied. It appeared that the scalloped pattern was more delicate than I anticipated thus explaining for the slight wear. It's honestly hardly noticeable unless you are fly specking and looking for it when worn. With respect to fit, I normally am between an X-Small and Small but since I wanted an oversized look, I purchased the XL.
