Free People floral print maxi dress in a soft blue hue. Perfect for any occasion. This dress is beautiful. It is hard to photograph without a model, but I did my best. Neck is a halter tie. From the chest and mid back there are straps that tie around the back. The waist is adjustable with a tie as well. There are splits on the sides. It’s perfect for summer ♥️

bashley12 @jenny6512 I measured! Sorry it took a little while, I was out of town… I’ll add the pictures. I measured the dress that wraps around you (it’s about 29.5 inches across) and then there are straps that attach to the dress and the straps are about 21 inches each. Hope this makes sense!
