Free People | Floral Paisley Top

This pretty top has a beaded neckline, but does not look to be missing any beads. The high waist is stretchy and there are a couple other spots with stretch bands as well. There are small clips on the neckline, which can clip up the top more if you are more modest. The bust needs to be stitched back together a bit (pictured). Overall. Cute and flowy! Would be cute with a floppy hat.
