What waist size would you say this fits best? Any stretch?

@thebambicollect not a lot of stretch. I think my sized changed a little since quarantine 😅 but I’m usually size 10-12 so I think in this skirt I would need a 12 or 14 (for reference I’m 5’8 and 170 pounds with straight body type)
