@lindaowen2011 Hi. I wear a solid 8 & bought an 8. The length is really fine as an 8, but I have a really high arch & instep & found them tight for the laces in that area, so wish I'd bought larger, for me, by a half size, probably would have worked. Would say these are good for 7.5-8, not larger. Hope that helps. If need more info, just tag me back
