Free People Falling Water Tunic XS

Ivory color V-neck tunic with flutter sleeves. This top is magnificent. No holes or stains. Please be aware bottom front hem is loose and needs restitching . I would have done it myself but I definitely am not a seamstress by trade. Easy fix and price is taken into account. This flowing tunic has pockets!! Please note necklace is not included.
