This awesome red, black, blue and white plaid Free People dress or tunic is a lightweight flowing fabric that is very pretty!! It features a deep V neckline, loose arms that are cinched by a removable tie, and empire waistline! This is in EXCELLENT CONDITION!! It’s a size XS but fits more like a medium. This is cute alone with boots or booties or pairs well with jeans and leggings. It is 19.5” armpit to armpit; it is 33” mid shoulder to hem in front and 35.5” in back; the arms are 22” when cinched. Great Free People piece!!
