Very oversized tunic or could be a dress. Has a snag on the left sleeve as shown in pic. You can hardly see it with all that material. This may be the biggest XS Free People piece I own. I belted it. It has pockets and it laces up the back. Def can be off the shoulder. An easy beach cover up or for a night out. Versatile like that. Pretty boho print.

@akalie I would really rather not. It’s like it is on the bust form/mannequin here. Very loose. You can be any size. You just have to like that oversized look.
