Is this pullover or a zipper? Stretchy? Fabric??

@jenweeds Hello. There’s a zipper on the side but it’s still a pull over. I wouldn’t say it’s very stretchy but I kind of is because the material is very soft. I loved this dress back then. Had it for over 10 years. I’m 5’6” and weigh about 125 lbs. Fits perfectly on me.
